Action Workforce are currently seeking Day and Afternoon Shift Freezer Pick/Packers for our client in Dry Creek for an immediate start.

As a Freezer Pick Packer, youll play a crucial role in ensuring that high-quality products promptly reach store shelves, contributing to countless customers seamless shopping experience. We have positions for morning shifts with a Monday to Saturday roster.

About The Role:

• Pack and Prepare: Youll accurately pack items into crates according to order specifications, ensuring items are secure and ready for delivery to the store
• No Prior Experience Needed: We provide comprehensive training, so whether youre new to the field or an experienced pro, were excited to welcome you on board. Also the use of an RF Scanner
• Cold Chain Champions: Work in a minus 20-degree freezer environment, equipped with proper PPE, supplied to keep you warm while you tackle your tasks.

To be a successful candidate:

• Be available to work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday 45 hours a week
• Physically fit able to lift 20kg repetitively and lift and move boxes
• Prior experience in warehousing and pick packing is an advantage, but not required
• Experience working in freezers is an advantage
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
