The Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Machine Operator to join our client's growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production output in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and adjust production machines during shift

Perform quality checks on finished goods and troubleshoot minor equipment issues

Ensure safe and clean work areas at all times

Conduct routine machine maintenance and report mechanical problems promptly

Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to company safety guidelines

Accurately complete production documentation and shift reports

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery (essential)

Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety documentation

Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills

Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision

Current driver's license and reliable transport

Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
