Senior Program Manager
The Senior Program Manager leads the successful implementation of Leadership and/or Management Development programs within the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI). This role is currently responsible for the delivery of HETIs Next Generation of Leaders program, which is a 2-year program and incorporates the Diploma of Leadership & Management. Candidates with previous experience in the design, delivery, compliance management and evaluation of leadership and/or management qualifications (VET Sector) should apply.
We will also be forming an eligibility list from this process.

The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking. There is an onsite cafe, and a 100-space childcare centre.

This full-time role offers hybrid work arrangements; however, due to the collaborative nature of the position, regular in-office attendance at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards, is required multiple days (minimum 2 days) per week. To be eligible for consideration you need to hold a current TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent), or higher qualification in adult education or vocational education and training AND a Diploma of Leadership and Management (or a similar diploma level qualification from the Business Services Training Package) or relevant higher qualification.
During the selection process, candidates will be required to undergo additional assessments in determining their suitability for the role. Successful candidates will also need to agree to undergo a National Police Check.
