Position Overview:

This role bridges the gap between design, planning, manufacturing, and construction ensuring efficient scheduling and delivery of Shed, Fencing. It involves Tekla-based modelling and workflows with production capacity, while leveraging Harmoniq ERP to manage materials, job tracking, and resource planning in real time. Trello is used as a visual workflow management tool to enhance team collaboration, task tracking, and cross-departmental transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and adjust manufacturing production schedules in Roll Forming and Fabrication.

Integrate Tekla Structures detailing into planning activities to ensure alignment between models and shop floor requirements.

Manage project milestones, stock control, and material orders using Harmoniq ERP, ensuring visibility across teams.

Collaborate with business development management, manufacturing, and constructions teams to resolve design and capacity constraints.

Monitor manufacturing production progress and respond to issues affecting timelines or material availability.

Use Trello boards to coordinate task assignments, monitor progress, and streamline hand-offs between departments.

Maintain accurate data on job status, materials, and output within ERP for operational reporting.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with Harmoniq ERP or similar ERP systems in a manufacturing context.

Proficiency using Trello (or similar Kanban tools) for project coordination and team communication.

Solid background in steel fabrication and workshop planning.

Experienced with Tekla Structures for interpreting and modelling structural steel drawings.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities under tight deadlines.

Confident communicator across departments and external stakeholders
