About the Role:

You’ll be the face of our store, working directly with customers and leading by example. Your day will include tyre sales, quoting, customer service, working as a team , and hands-on tyre fitting when required. Must be flexible as this role may require you to work across multiple stores when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the right tyres for their needs

Provide accurate quotes and product advice

Perform tyre fitting, balancing, and repairs when necessary

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in tyre sales

Hands-on tyre fitting experience (essential)

Leadership or team management experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic

Valid driver’s licence
