About the role
As a Tyre Fitting Technician at 'Traction Tyres and More', you will play a crucial role in providing quality customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient installation of tyres on a wide range of vehicles, including our unique responsibilities as the exclusive southern region distributors for Australia's leading brand of competition tyres. This full-time position is based at our store in Rowville, Vic. 3178
What you'll be doing
Carefully inspecting, fitting , balancing and repairing a variety of tyres to customers vehicles , incl. race tyre applications
Safely and diligently operating tyre fitting equipment and tools
Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest level of safe and efficient standards
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment and focusing on a high level of quality customer service
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a conscientious and diligent tyre fitting technician or similar automotive role
Strong technical skills and knowledge of accurate and correct tyre fitting and balancing procedures
Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to be a team player
