About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Paediatric Outpatient team as a Manager – Administrative Services, where you will be responsible for:
- Lead the overall organisational and administrative management of the Division.
- Coordinate and manage corporate support services for the Divisional Director/s.
- Provide high-level strategic and operational advice on policies, systems, and legislation
- Identify and address emerging issues, supporting the development of management initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between the Division, WCHN, and SA Health to ensure effective communication and alignment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven ability to strategically manage and allocate resources to deliver on key outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex situations using practical people management strategies.
- Extensive experience in senior administrative or operational management roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams to meet organisational objectives, targets, and performance goals.
