• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary professional team undertaking the design, development, implementation and support of a suite of legacy and contemporary ICT enterprise solutions for multiple client agencies within a shared services environment.
• Provide strategic and high-level advice to executive and senior management of Information Services and its client agencies on issues associated with the development and delivery of contemporary business system solutions.
• Lead the assessment, development, promotion and implementation of methodologies, guidelines, standards and tools to establish a best practice approach in delivery of business system solutions.
• Work collaboratively and consult closely with business process owners and stakeholders to ensure solutions respond to business processes, needs and information requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders to assist in the successful delivery of agreed projects.
• Identify and provide advice on industry developments and initiatives which may provide strategic opportunities for client agencies and Information Services.
• Establish systems and processes that provide clients, the department and stakeholders with timely reports, information and advice and negotiate consultancy and other agreements as required and lead and manage consultants, partners and contractors undertaking activities on behalf of client agencies.
