SUMMARY

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality training to our customers, enhancing their knowledge through education and skill development. This involves both presenting and facilitating training courses and materials, as well as developing and maintaining these materials.

We are looking for a WA based team member to help expand our timezone reach to our customers in Europe.

THE ROLE

A standard week would include:

Reviewing and giving feedback on participant’s work

Tutoring learners in both online group sessions and one on one training sessions to help with understanding and application of the concepts to their situation

Assisting with course setup, such as enrolling learners and ensuring they have access to the course materials

Upskilling to ensure your skills grow with your role in the training team

THE TRAINING

We train people in practical critical thinking and leadership skills and frameworks. These frameworks are applied across organisations, from senior leadership to operational teams, ensuring everyone has the tools and common approach to collaborate on and solve problems.

An important difference in our training approach is a focus on fluency and application of the skills. We don’t just educate people and leave them to it; we support them in building fluency in the frameworks and applying them to real-world problems in their business.

ABOUT YOU

(Knowledge Skill and Experience required)

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or training experience

Comfortable presenting in front of a group (online and in person)

Proactive; able to manage your own time and work autonomously to deliver tasks

Strong communicator as we are a remote team dispersed across Sydney and New Zealand, and you will be working with customers around the world

Ideal:

A background or education in philosophy, specifically logic

Any knowledge of Theory of Constraints Thinking Processes or other structured problem-solving methods
