**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated Pastry Chef to join our vibrant team. We operate 7 days a week, and weekend work is required. Early morning starts (between 3 am and 6 am) are essential as we bake fresh every day.

**What We’re Looking For:**
- Experience in producing a range of quality Italian cakes and pastries
- Strong knowledge of traditional Italian baking techniques is a plus
- Ability to consistently produce high-quality products
- High attention to detail, especially in presentation and decoration
- Efficient, reliable, and able to precisely follow recipes
- Passionate about baking and eager to grow with us
