About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front End Developer to join our clients dynamic team on a contract basis. As a Front End Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that drive our client's business success. This role is based in our Melbourne office, with the opportunity for a flexible work arrangement.

What you'll be doing

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement responsive, user-friendly web interfaces

Developing and optimising complex front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries

Ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems

Implementing web accessibility standards and best practices

Participating in the full software development life cycle, from ideation to deployment

Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Front End Developer, preferably in a contract or project-based role

Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles

Proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework or library, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and collaboration tools

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and technologies
