🔧 What You’ll Actually Do

Guide the experience — This is more than retail. You’ll help shape how people feel as they move through their transformation.

Work with your hands — Fit lenses, adjust frames, refine visual setups, and help troubleshoot real-world issues.

Style and support — Help people choose eyewear that fits their identity and their body.

Be part of client consults — Support the optometrist during assessments and quantum lens sessions.

Learn the tech — Operate imaging devices (like retinal cameras and OCT) and get exposure to innovative tools.

Collaborate — Work alongside a small, professional team with big ideas and high standards.
