About the role
Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) are a leading provider of Men’s Behaviour Change Programs in Victoria. As part of the state government’s integrated framework of response to family violence, and compliance with the ‘No To Violence’ (NTV) minimum standards of quality practice, you will facilitate and deliver family violence group programs to men who have used violent and controlling behaviours.

There are three casual opportunities for skilled individuals seeking work outside of normal office hours. This role requires minimum of one evening per week in person at Cranbourne North, Pakenham or Dandenong.

The hourly rate is between $62.25 to $66.73 per hour including casual loading.

About you

• Degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Previous experience facilitating to groups of similar content in Community Sector.
• Demonstrated understanding of the men’s behaviour change (MBC) process and the gendered nature of family violence and commitment to living non-violently.
