Run Your Own Youth Mentoring Service With Blues & Greens

Location: Australia-wide (Online with In-person opportunities)
Employment Type: Casual/Contract
Time: Minimum 4–6 hours/week, up to 30+ hours for those seeking more.
Pay: $40–$50/hour (depending on experience, role & commitment)

The Role:
You'll be playing a role in saving the lives of teenage boys, building the biggest teen mentor program in the world, in a young, ambitious and rapidly growing team. At Blues & Greens, we match teenage boys with young adult mentors who can guide them through life’s challenges, someone to talk to, look up to, and grow with. Think of it as a Big Brother figure, to teens who lack connection and guidance in the modern world. You’ll meet weekly online, build a relationship, and help a teen become happier, more confident and more driven, and navigate the journey of being a teenager.

What You’ll Do:

Meet 1:1 with your assigned members weekly

Be a role model, not a therapist, not a teacher, just a relatable big brother

Help them with goal setting, confidence, wellbeing & life direction

Access full training, weekly support, and a community of like-minded mentors

Check in with your members via text throughout the week

Provide updates to the members parent's via text throughout the week

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Age 20–26

✅ Friendly, compassionate, reliable

✅ Someone who remembers what it felt like to be a little lost as a teen

✅ Uni student, recent grad, or young adult with flexible availability

✅ Values growth, connection, and giving back

✅ Can deliver and recieve feedback

✅ Willing to join a young, passionate and ambitious team

No formal experience needed, we provide full training. What matters most is your willingness to show up, care, and grow alongside a teen.
