This giant in the construction space continue to dominate their market, experiencing growth across all sectors and are going from strength to strength. With a global presence, and promoting entrepreneurialism, this business focusses on sustainability and infrastructure development, supporting major projects across Australia. There is an opportunity for a commercially focussed Finance Business Partner to join this high performing finance team, reporting into an impressive Commercial Finance Manager. Duties include:

Monthly forecasting - ensure understanding between forecast and actual, and assist senior leaders by providing financial insights

Annual budget - Assisting GM's by providing budget targets, provide business managers with understanding of key business drivers, and analyse actuals vs budget

Strategic planning - convert long term strategic plans into financial targets, and support business decision in line with business strategy

Consistent support of GM's with financial priorities

Assist sales teams in project reviews

Manage relationships with key stakeholders across numerous operational teams, supporting on financial queries and providing insights where required

Build and maintain financial models to support business decision making

Ad-hoc project support as required

To be successful, you will be CA/CPA qualified and have spent a minimum of 5 years in large, complex organisations, operating as a business partner to a portfolio of senior stakeholders. Your stakeholders will likely be from operational teams (logistics, supply chain, projects, manufacturing etc). You will be a strong communicator, and have the ability to engage, and influence your stakeholders, as well as having a sound working knowledge of budgets, forecasts, projects, and financial modelling.
