We are seeking an Area Manager to lead, inspire and grow our network of stores in NSW. A typical day in the life of a Sharetea Area Manager will include:

Providing day to day operational support to our franchise partners

Promoting and coaching on operational excellence and business profitability

Supporting the training of new franchise partners

Monitoring and coaching on financial performance

Ensuring brand compliance

Driving sales and marketing initiatives

Managing a store visitation cycle

Building relationships with franchise partners and their teams

Ensure operational compliance

Ability to achieve and exceed set KPI's

Managing new store openings

Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Retail/QSR experience 5+ years

Multi-site franchise operations or management experience 5+ years

The ability to influence change in a diverse network

Demonstrated knowledge of retail operational processes

Outstanding relationship building skills

Exceptional communication skills

Must have car and drivers license

Financial business experience – the ability to interpret P&L’s and financial data

Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently and effectively

Strong problem solving skills
