What You’ll Do:

Carry out regular inspections of properties with professionalism and efficiency

Spot and report anything out of place - before it becomes a problem

Use Inspection Express to streamline reporting and save time

Communicate clearly with teams, tenants, or clients

Complete accurate reports

Keep records updated using PropertyMe

Help foster safety, quality, and care in every environment you visit

What We’re Looking For:

A sharp eye for detail and a calm, reliable approach

Strong communication and organizational skills

Integrity, dependability, and a genuine care for doing things right

Experience in inspections, maintenance, or similar is a plus — but not required

To hold or willing to obtain your (QLD) Real Estate Registration Certificate
