Senior Owners Corporation Manager – Tier 1 & 2 Builds | $115K + Super + Bonuses

We’re on the hunt for a seasoned, digitally savvy Senior OCM who’s looking to run with a fresh, growing portfolio of high-quality residential buildings.

What’s the role?

You’ll be stepping into a new portfolio with (so far) two high density buildings on board, with a goal of 750 lot portfolio. The bonus structure is unique, where you will start to get extra's after you hit 650 lots. You’ll be managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 buildings, so bring your defect, VCAT, and remediation knowledge – this isn’t your run-of-the-mill role.

From a Tier 1 background ideally, but Tier 2/3 welcome if you know your way around defects and VCAT
