About the role:

Located in Melbourne's CBD Fringe, this boutique business is looking to expand & hire an Assistant to support to Owners Corporation Managers.

As the Owners Corporation Managers Assistant your role will include the following but not limited to;

Assisting OC Manager in general administration duties

Updating the data-base & other relevant CRM Systems

Answering client/ committee phones calls

Day to day email management

Update owners, creditors (including public liability information), and insurance details.

obtaining quotes & following up on maintenance

producing letters and other material sent to owners.

Assisting in AGM's when necessary

liaising with contractors where necessary

What you need:

The client is seeking an individual who is already familiar with the industry & experienced in the OC industry. The candidate to have the following;

a strong eye for detail

strong typing skills

strong verbal communication

previous experience in an office related administration role

car & licence preferred

proficiency in microsoft programs

Highly organised & a strong ability to multi-task

Current OC experience is a must!
