Based in Queanbeyan N.S.W, we specialise in custom sheet metal fabrication and are proud of our reputation for precision, craftsmanship, and reliability. With a dynamic team of designers, fabricators, and solutions experts, we continue to grow and now we’re looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.

We currently have multiple full-time opportunities available for experienced Sheet Metal Fabricators and General Labourers who are ready to hit the ground running.

We are seeking skilled fabricators and enthusiastic labourers to join our team. If you have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

Whether you're trade-qualified or have experience in the sheet metal industry, this is your chance to be part of an innovative and supportive team with opportunities for development and progression.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (MEM30305)

Background in sheet metal work or similar fabrication

CNC machine experience (advantageous, not essential)

Forklift licence (preferred, not essential)

Valid Australian driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret technical drawings and specifications for fabrication and welding

Work with materials including stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium

Operate metalwork machinery and equipment

Check and prepare CAD files (as required)

Fabricate high-quality custom components within tight tolerances

Assist with sanding, finishing, and final assembly of parts

Meet production deadlines and quality standards

Maintain safe working practices in line with OH&S requirements

Participate in the training and mentoring of apprentices and junior staff

Great attitude, Willingness to learn, good work ethic
