We’re looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join a well-established international HVAC manufacturer based in Rydalmere. You’ll be working in a clean, safe, and supportive environment, producing high-quality ductwork for commercial and industrial clients.

This is a full-time, permanent role on a static site with excellent work-life balance, great team culture, and strong long-term stability.

$35–$45 per hour + penalties

Full-time permanent employment

Monday to Friday with flexible start/finish times

Regular overtime available

Your Day-to-Day:

Fabrication of sheet metal ductwork and components for HVAC systems

Working with galvanised sheet, insulation, and assembly

Reading drawings and working to specifications

Maintaining a clean, safe and productive workspace

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication (HVAC ducting highly regarded)

Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings

High attention to detail and workmanship

A commitment to health & safety

Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
