ALEGRA is a building company which completes remedial, residential, and commercial building projects across Sydney.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic multi-trade all rounder to join our team in a full-time capacity.

You will need to present well and possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and an eye for detail. You will need to be a problem solver who can work both alone and in a team.

It will be expected that you are able to:

Turn your hand to multi-trade work, most commonly carpentry.

Supervise trades & labour on site.

Organise day to day project tasks.

Read and understand plans, scopes of works, and specifications.

Understand Australian Standards, and Work Heath Safety requirements.

General tasks will include:

General and skilled labouring and demolition.

Carpentry and temporary building works.

Material handling.

Use of power and hand tools.

Key requirements of the role include:

Experience in remedial, residential, or commercial construction.

Understanding of construction and remedial building practices.

Computer skills using email, Microsoft Word & Excel.

Ability to work autonomously.

Have a neat and tidy presentation.

Time management and problem solving skills

Have your own tools.

Have a current white card.

Current drivers licence.

If you are successful, you will be exposed to a wide range of residential, commercial, and remedial building sites. You will gain valuable experience across the entire construction industry. You will learn to only accept the highest quality workmanship, and develop a keen eye for detail.
