This values-based Catholic Secondary School in a growing region is seeking a passionate Pastoral Leader to step into a permanent leadership position from Term 3, 2025.

Located in the thoroughfare between Toowoomba and the western suburbs of Brisbane, this School is nestled within breathtaking mountains, boasting state-of-the-art facilities and a genuine community feel.

The Role:

This is a key leadership opportunity for someone with a strong pastoral heart and a clear sense of purpose. You'll be responsible for leading the care and development of a designated student cohort, supporting staff in their pastoral roles, and strengthening partnerships across the school community.

• Lead and support pastoral practices in a Catholic setting
• Oversee student wellbeing and behavioural frameworks
• Coordinate activities like retreats, camps and informal curriculum initiatives
• Guide and support staff in their pastoral responsibilities
• Foster strong communication with families and external providers
• Help shape the school's student-centred pastoral vision

Bonus: Ability to teach Music is welcomed, but not essential.

You'll need:

• Catholic faith and active engagement in the mission of Catholic education
