Salary Range: $84,077-$121,092 per annum pending experience + $12,648 ML Allowance + Super
Classification: Middle Leadership - Tier 2

About the role
Southern Cross Catholic College is seeking an experienced and dedicated VET Program Leader. This is a full-time, permanent role. The Program Leader supports the College’s mission by leading teaching and learning in the VET/RTO area. This role ensures high-quality student outcomes and effective teaching practices through supervision, data-driven decision making, and the development of strong partnerships. The Program Leader also manages resources responsibly to support program success. This is a Full Time, Permanent Teaching role with a Fixed-Term Appointment to Acting Leader until January 2027 and the role commencing Monday 14 July 2025.

Mandatory Criteria/Professional Registration/Other
Appropriate Tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
Current Driver’s Licence
Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.
