We would love to welcome a superstar to join us a lead educator at Treetop Early Learning! We would love to invite you to join us in leading our Toddler room. If you love working in a collaborative, fun and welcoming team and have had experience leading and managing then we would love to hear from you!

We are a multi level centre with 8 rooms. Downstairs, our rooms are all for the under 3's. We also have our Sala and kitchen area. Our Sala provides an opportunity for our families to meet and have coffees and breakfast with the children and each other. The Sala space is also for our children to have all their meals during the day together in a social dining area. We love the community we are building through this beautiful space.

Upstairs, we have our beautiful Atelier where our children can spend time outside of the classroom in a creative, light space with an abundance of natural materials and resources.

We are fortunate to have wonderful educators supporting each other in the room. We offer a collaborative workplace, where we share in planning, share ideas and all support each other in the day to day running of the room.

How you can support us:

Lead in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with our play-based curriculum.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual needs of each child.

Provide meaningful learning experiences that focus on the social, emotional, and cognitive development of students.

Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff to create a collaborative and supportive learning community.

Monitor and assess the progress of each child and maintain clear and consistent communication with parents.

Support the development of a safe, respectful, and fun classroom culture.

Mentor and lead our team. Model best practise, mentor students and newly qualified educators and have the support from our 'off the floor' management team!

Red Nose Safe Sleep Certificate / Sunsmart Certificate

Food Safety Supervisors Certificate / Food Allergen Course completed.
