Enlighten Early Learning, Rosanna (EEL), is currently recruiting 2 passionate Room Leaders:

1 x Full Time, permanent Nursery Room Leader

1 x Full Time, Pre-Toddler Room Leader (6-9 month Maternity Leave cover, with the potential to extend)

Both our Nursery and Pre-Toddler classrooms have a maximum of 12 children per day, and have permanent staffing teams, offering consistency to both the educators and to the children/families.

As a Lead Educator at EEL, you will have support in your role from our on site, and hands on, management team consisting of our Director and Assistant Director (both who have over ten years experience working in the industry). In addition to this, we have our off-the-floor Educational Leader, who works directly with our team specifically with program implementation and development.

EEL supports a positive work/life balance with our team enjoying set shift times to provide consistency and the ability to plan their lives away from work. Our team leave their days feeling relaxed with zero expectation (actually you will be told not to) complete work at home.

EEL is closed all Public Holidays and has a shut down period of 2 weeks over the festive season at the end of the year - so everyone can have a break and start the year refreshed!

We are a purpose built centre, located in beautiful Rosanna (3084). We have onsite parking, and are walking distance to both Rosanna train station and local bus stops (conveniently out the front!).
