The Role

We are seeking a degree-qualified Assistant Accountant to join our close-knit team. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will handle bookkeeping and routine accounting tasks while supporting larger transactions and projects. Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts email inboxes and ensure timely responses.

Process invoices, payments, and monthly reconciliations using Xero.

Assist in preparing financial reports and loan reconciliations.

Handle ASIC compliance tasks and corporate record maintenance.

Liaise with external accountants and auditors.

Support ad hoc administrative and office tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

Degree qualification in accounting or a related field.

Proficiency in general ledger functions and year-end processes.

Experience with Xero is highly desirable.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

Self-motivation, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
