We’re searching for a skilled and motivated Climber to join a fast-paced, close-knit crew based in Brisbane, specialising in storm recovery, government, and civil clearing projects from Tweed to North Brisbane.

This isn’t just another arborist role – it’s your opportunity to work hands-on in some of Queensland’s most important clearing and recovery operations, all while training on cutting-edge machinery and being part of a team that genuinely looks out for one another.

Whether it’s supporting QBuild, clearing for schools and roads, or responding to disaster zones, you’ll play a key role in delivering real impact across the state.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking the lead on climbing duties across civil, government, and residential sites
• Operating and learning specialised machinery (only two of its kind in Australia!)
• Working across schools, housing commission, infrastructure, and road projects
• Assisting in Queensland disaster recovery efforts (with bonus incentives)
• Reporting directly to the business owner in a flat, hands-on leadership structure

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Cert III Arboriculture (or near completion with strong practical experience)
• Proven climbing background – confident, capable, and safety-focused
• A strong team-first attitude — no egos, no shortcuts, no dramas
• Willingness to travel across SEQ and complete occasional away-from-home jobs
• Physical capability and reliability – someone the team can count on
• Drive to upskill, grow within the team, and step into leadership in the future
