The Offer

• Base Salary: Approx. $137,000
• Superannuation: Approx. $15,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Total Package: Approx. $167,000
• 35-hour Full-Time Week

Additional On-Call Compensation:

• $220 per weeknight + next morning off
• $1,000 per weekend + Monday off

Leave:

• 23 Days Annual Leave
• 15 Days Personal/Carer's Lawyer's

We're looking for lawyers with:

• 3+ years' experience in criminal law, including court advocacy in the Magistrates Court (Supreme Court experience is a bonus)
• A passion for justice and community service
• Strong interpersonal and client care skills
• Leadership or mentoring experience (ideal)
