Emirates Leisure Retail Australia New Zealand (ELRANZ) operates over 30 venues across 6 Airports in the region. These include the fresh and vibrant 100 Miles (ADL), the Italian inspired pasta bar Gusto (MEL& SYD) and our own café brand BARista (PER & SYD). We also partner with iconic brands including Heineken (SYD), AFL (MEL), and Little Creatures (PER). Launching into Australia in 2008, ELRANZ has rapidly expanded into the Airport Bar & Restaurant marketplace, setting the benchmark globally in premium airport dining.

THIS ROLE

We are seeking experienced and motivated Cooks to join our dynamic team, working across multiple sites within Adelaide Airport. This hands-on role involves preparing and serving high-quality food in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional hygiene and safety standards.

The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs. Flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)

Ensuring readiness of ingredients for daily production

Effectively and efficiently preparing all food items and making of orders

Actively participating in daily production by cooking and preparing items to company standards

Ensuring compliance with food safety procedures and hygiene practices

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Solid understanding of Workplace Health & Safety standards

Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen

Reliable, punctual and committed to early start times

Good communication and immaculate presentation

Team player and display a positive attitude
