About the role
Service Delivery Coordination team is a small, supportive, and creative team responsible for providing ICT tools and services to the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, and client agencies. The tools support delivery of a wide range if ICT services, with the team focused on utilising the full capability of the tools to deliver efficient or even fully automated services to customers.
About you
We are looking for a leader who is able to oversee the planning, delivery, reporting and implementation of enhancementse and upgrades to our ServiceNow platform.
