Greater Dandenong is an amazing municipality where the action never stops. We're looking for an experienced Internal or Enterprise Comms professional, to help bring our incredible stories to the light.

There will be a focus on communicating our negotiations towards a new Enterprise Agreement and we also want you to help us with our Internal Comms strategy. We've got great people doing a very diverse range of work in different locations and we need to keep them in the loop, while also telling their amazing stories.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the below:

You'll be friendly and build your network across Council quickly, with our CEO and Executive Team among your main clients.

Please ensure you address the key selection criteria outlined in the position description as part of your application.

You may be required to undertake practical testing, work preference profiling / psychometric testing, functional capacity assessment (physical) or aptitude testing.

The successful candidate will be asked to produce a clear Working with Children Check and will be asked to consent to a national police check (and where relevant an 'international criminal history check'), subject to the operation of spent conviction laws.
