Our client is a globally recognised brand boasting a welcoming and inclusive culture. We are looking for an experienced Credit Officer to join the head office accounts team and assist in the management of receivables for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and collect amounts as they fall due
• Maintain corporate credit policies
• Review customer payment performance
• Review credit insurance policies
• Assist to ensure customers adhere to payment terms
• Create weekly status reports
• Ensure effective communication with Sales staff in relation to credit status
• Complete reconciliations of customer accounts
• Update proof of delivery & invoicing information in SAP system

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a credit officer or accounts role
• Intermediate MS Excel skill
• Customer service oriented approach
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• SAP system experience would be highly regarded
• Full working rights within Australia
