About the role

As the Facade Installation Team Leader at Amedee Glass', you will be leading a skilled team responsible for the installation of high-quality glass facades on commercial and residential properties across Sydney. This is a full-time role based in our Sydney CBD office, with the opportunity to work on exciting projects across the city.

What you'll be doing

Oversee a team of facade installers and coordinate their work to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard

Liaise with clients, architects and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate progress

Develop and implement efficient installation processes and procedures to maximise productivity

Provide hands-on support and guidance to the installation team, sharing your technical expertise

Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets relevant building codes and safety standards

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to increase efficiency

Assist with the planning and scheduling of projects to meet deadlines

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) as a facade installation team leader or supervisor in the construction industry

Strong technical knowledge of facade installation methods, materials and equipment

Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively

Commitment to quality and safety, with a thorough understanding of relevant building regulations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, architects and other stakeholders

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
