🌟About Us:
We are a dynamic allied health provider in Sydney offering multidisciplinary services —including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Music Therapy, Psychology, and Dietitian services. Our growing team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-centred care across diverse settings. Join us as we expand and lead our paediatric service!
🚀About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist with a passion for quality of service. In this hybrid role, you will manage a predominantly paediatric caseload. While paediatric care is at the core of this position, we also offer you the opportunity to support adult and elderly clients (if you wish, and with the full backing of our experienced OT team, who can assist when needed).
No strict KPI - We believe our expectation is one of the lowest in OT world.
⛩️Key Responsibilities:
Paediatric Caseload Management: Deliver expert assessment, intervention, and treatment for paediatric clients (e.g., developmental delays, ASD, sensory processing).
Community Engagement: Conduct community visits (e.g., schools, homes) to provide client-centred care, in collaboration with clients, families, and colleagues.
Hybrid Service Delivery: Work flexibly across settings— community visits, clinic-based services in Burwood when client prefer to be seen in clinic, and work from home.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for complex cases.
(Optional) Support for Adult/Elderly Clients: Assess and treat adult and elderly clients. Rest assured, other experienced OTs in the team are available to provide support or take over if needed.
(Optional) Clinic Setup & Strategic Planning: Get involved in clinic development, including involvement in equipment selection, service design, and strategic planning. You can choose to only focus on clinical work if you wish.
(Preferred) Language Proficiency: Utilize your proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) to enhance service delivery and engagement with diverse client groups.
✅Key Requirements:
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist (paediatric expertise is valued).
Current AHPRA registration.
Ability to work in dynamic, multi-setting environments.
Confident in assessments, report writing, and evidence-based interventions.
Driven by purpose – you prioritize client progress over metrics and seek to uplift vulnerable populations.
Valid Australian driver's licence and access to own vehicle for community visits.
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly valued.
🍡What We Offer:
Competitive Salary Package: Starting from $106,000 pa (prorated, even higher salary on offer based on experience and performance). Paid Birthday Leave.
Flexible Working Arrangements: Choose between full-time or part-time, with flexible working days to support work–life balance.
Professional Development: Generous CPD allowance to support your ongoing learning and career progression.
Technology & Support: Provision of a work phone and other tech support to enhance your efficiency.
Innovative & Collaborative Environment: Be part of a supportive team that values your expertise, actively involves you in shaping service delivery, and offers opportunities to influence clinic policies and strategy.
✅Why Join Us?
Focus on paediatrics while having backup support for other type of cases should you wish a variety.
Work-life balance with flexible scheduling and WFH options.
Be a key member of a growing clinic – your ideas matter here!
