What you'll do:

Actively source and qualify candidates

Manage the client's needs and expectations

Maintaining strong relationships in the market

Working to improve recruitment efficiency

Deliver high-quality recruitment services

Work alongside our director in Melbourne and contribute to growth of the team

Required skills:

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Willingness to learn and adapt

Able to meet strict deadlines while being independently motivated

Results driven

Additional preferred skills

Prior experience in a call center or sales environment

Experience in recruitment or financial services

Knowledge of the recruitment industry
