About the Role

As a Senior AV Installation Technician, you’ll be the safe, capable hands our clients trust – and the person who gets the job done right.

From construction sites to fit-outs, you’ll install everything from speakers and displays to complex control systems and digital signage. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Engineers and support trainee techs to grow while keeping installs running smoothly.

You’re someone who knows how to lead by example – and gets satisfaction from clean cables, clear outcomes and a job well done.

What You’ll Do

Install AV systems and infrastructure to specification – on time, safely and cleanly

Support and mentor other technicians on-site

Lead the onsite install effort and represent Videopro professionally

Read and interpret plans, schematics and instructions with confidence

Troubleshoot and problem-solve when things change (because they will)

Keep the workspace neat, compliant and efficient

Communicate clearly with the team, clients and site personnel

Who This Role Is For

You’re someone who:

Has hands-on experience with AV installs

Is proactive, professional and confident in your work

Works well with systems, schedules and people – even under pressure

Takes pride in doing things well and solving problems with calm

Has a White Card, manual license and ideally EWP and/or AVIXA/Crestron exposure
