About the Role
JAX Tyres & Auto Warners Bay is excited to welcome a motivational, experienced, Service Manager to the team. In this role, you will manage the front of house, developing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers and team, guiding them to the decision that best meets their wants and needs. while lead and work closely with sales staff to secure smooth running from front of house through to the workshop to ensure the best service to our valued customers and everyone leaves our store happy and peace of mind driving.
Your day-to-day would include:
Attending to customers, providing advice and exceptional customer experience
Manage customer enquiries on the phone and face-to-face
Communicate service bookings from beginning to end ensuring customers are kept updated throughout the day regarding their vehicle
Supervising, motivating, encouraging and communicating with your team
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
Handling and processing payments
Maintaining sales, receipts and stock records
Liaise and communicate with suppliers in a clear and professional manner
About you
Industry or Dealership experience essential
Qualified in Light Vehicle Motor Mechanic (Required)
Experience managing, leading & developing staff
Customer Centric
Understanding of Budgets and KPI ‘s and a drive to achieve
Intermediate Computer skills
Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers, team members and suppliers.
Experience in the automotive / tyre industry.
WHS Knowledge
Must be available to work Saturday's 8am -12pm
