HSE Advisor – Solar & BESS Projects (Owner-Operator) Shepperton Region (Projects Within 1hr) | $150k + Super + Vehicle | Long-Term Pipeline

We’re working with a leading owner-operator delivering major solar farm and battery energy storage (BESS) projects across Australia. With two new projects kicking off within an hour of Shepparton, they are looking for a capable and proactive HSE Advisor to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of HSE on active renewable energy sites — either to complete a single project or to step into a long-term role, with a solid 3-year pipeline of renewable projects in the pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee site safety across large-scale solar and BESS construction projects
• Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and risk controls
• Work closely with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance
• Drive a strong safety culture through training, toolbox talks, audits, and inspections
• Ensure reporting, documentation, and incident management are handled accurately and promptly

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience as an HSE Advisor (ideally in renewables, infrastructure, or utilities or construction)
• Qualifications in WHS/OHS (Cert IV or Diploma minimum)
• Ideally looking for a local or someone who would relocate for the first project
• Strong working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and standards
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with site teams
• Full Australian working rights and valid driver’s license
