Preferred ERP : SAP / CRM domain

Involving the consolidation of ERP systems and processes, IT service and incident management and travel and expense management, the program will lead to a better employee experience and enable more efficient sector mobility. Additionally, common, streamlined and efficient processes will allow our people to better focus on our customers.

This role is a technical specialist who reviews the decisions made by other experts in the relevant field.

Key accountabilities
- Conduct assessments of reviewable decisions and deliver decisions
- Prepare and present expert technical advice, reports and submissions
- Deliver professional customer service to deliver a superior end to end customer experience.
- Provide specialist information and advice to internal and external
- Produce high quality reports, briefings and other correspondence
- Apply a systematic and disciplined approach to the reviewable decisions process,
- Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication and negotiation meet organisational objectives.
