What you will be doing:

As a Collection Strategist, you’ll play a critical role in developing and optimising strategies to manage and recover outstanding debts. You'll be a key contributor in ensuring we meet and exceed our KPIs across communication channels by delivering innovative, data-driven collection strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective collections strategies across calls, emails, SMS, and outbound campaigns.

Monitor and analyse client contact across channels to identify issues and provide solutions.

Collaborate closely with leadership and marketing teams to align collections strategies with broader initiatives.

Provide targeted analysis and reporting on collection performance and make actionable recommendations.

Create and maintain database tools to track collection patterns and optimise future strategies.

Contribute to workforce planning by providing strategic insights and analysis.

Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and system developments.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable trends.

Proficiency in data tools such as SQL and Excel; knowledge of collections software is highly regarded.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful collection strategies.

Background in contact centre environments or operational planning is desirable.

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of Debt Collection Guidelines and privacy regulations is advantageous.
