Are you a high-performing automotive Trade and Retail Parts leader with a proven track record of growth, strategy, and operational excellence?

Westpoint Autos is seeking an experienced, strategic, and customer-centric Group Parts Leader to oversee and grow our diverse, high-volume parts division (in excess of $35 million turnover), including our large, purpose-built warehouse facility. Servicing both internal departments and external trade customers across Queensland and beyond, this critical leadership role offers unmatched scope, autonomy, and opportunity.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the entire Group Parts Operations, including warehouse, trade, retail and internal supply channels

Foster a high-performing, professional, and supportive culture across the team

Develop and implement tactical and strategic plans to drive sales and profitability

Champion a “Customer First” mindset across all interactions and transactions

Manage inventory levels to optimise supply, reduce aging stock, and ensure efficient turnover

Maximise trade and internal parts sales, while controlling costs and improving margin

Expand trade market share in a highly competitive environment

Collaborate closely with Group Service, Sales, Pre-Delivery, Aftermarket, and OEM partners

Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies

Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, OEM standards, and regulatory requirements

Proven leadership experience in a senior parts or fixed operations role (automotive industry)

Strong commercial acumen with a history of driving growth, profitability, and efficiency

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Highly strategic with the ability to lead through change and scale operations

Deep understanding of inventory control, supply chain optimisation, and trade markets

A customer-first approach and strong understanding of service excellence
