The opportunity

PDR GROUP PTY LTD' is seeking an experienced Vac Truck Driver to join their civil construction crew in Narangba, Queensland. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's civil projects and infrastructure work.

What you'll be doing

Operate a vacuum truck to safely and efficiently remove and transport various materials, including dirt, debris, and wastewater, from construction sites

Conduct pre-start checks, maintain the vehicle, and report any issues or concerns

Collaborate with the civil construction crew to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks

Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Assist with other duties as required to support the overall operations of the civil crew

What we're looking for

Experience as a Vac Truck Driver or similar heavy vehicle operator within the construction industry

Demonstrated ability to operate a vacuum truck proficiently and safely

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards

Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the civil crew

Current HR or HC driver's licence and relevant construction industry certifications

Understanding of civil construction processes and industry regulations
