🏡 About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and caring leader to join our SIL team! You’ll play a vital part in supporting our direct support team members, ensuring our participants receive the highest standard of care and support in line with their individual needs and goals.

Key Accountabilities:

Roster management for support team members

Manage the everyday tasks in the home

Monitor absenteeism and escalate as needed

Manage a team of disability support workers at one site/home

Ensure Support Plans are current and followed

Uphold NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct & Policies and Procedures

Foster community inclusion for participants

Support ongoing training, compliance, and career development for your team

Mentor and share knowledge in a two-way learning environment

Complete Manager reviews and follow-up actions

🦸‍♀️ Essential Requirements:

Positive criminal history screening clearance & Yellow Card

Cert 3 or above in Disability and Support (or equivalent)

NDIS worker orientation module completed

Current CPR & First Aid Certificate

Experience in the disability sector

Experience in Manager/Leadership role

Eligible to work in Australia
