Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and ready to become the go-to person for customer support in a dynamic, industrial /Construction environment? Join our client in Blacktown and play a vital role in making every customer interaction easy, efficient, and enjoyable.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Answering incoming customer calls/emails with professionalism and care
- Processing orders and delivering paperwork to our Warehouse team
- Coordinating transport bookings and providing delivery updates
- Handling purchase orders of construction materials and delivery queries
- Invoicing completed pack notes and managing filing tasks
- Updating customer back orders and assisting with dispatch paperwork
- Supporting External Sales, Warehouse and Factory staff
- Learning our industrial product range and assisting customers confidently
- Providing backup support to the broader Customer Service team
- Performing general administrative duties as required
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, solution-focused approach
- Product knowledge of construction materials - a must have.
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Confident in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
