What you'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations, ideally across multiple business units or geographies
• Strong capability in system integration, data migration, and decommissioning of legacy platforms

• Track record of managing cross-regional or international project teams (Europe a plus)

Your Role:

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind key transformation programs, with a focus on delivering a seamless Salesforce rollout. You'll manage every stage of delivery, scoping, planning, implementation, and adoption while building alignment with stakeholders and ensuring technical objectives meet strategic business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex enterprise projects, including Salesforce implementation and legacy system transition
• Champion end-to-end delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met
• Collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders to define clear roadmaps and priorities
• Drive effective change management to support user adoption and operational readiness
• Provide clear, consistent reporting to senior leadership and project sponsors
• Navigate risks, vendor relationships, and cross-functional dependencies with confidence
