What you will do
Review and analyse financial records to help manage and reduce overspending.
Provide support and advice to clients and stakeholders via phone.
Handle complex cases with support from senior staff, ensuring accurate and efficient documentation.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously and contribute to achieving key operational targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
High-level IT and data analysis skills for managing records and making informed decisions.
