About the role
As a member of the Dineamic Customer Service team, you will be responsible for resolving general queries from new and existing customers, via telephone, email and social media. You will develop a solid understanding of our products and an appreciation for the space Dineamic is looking to occupy in the lives of our customers. A focus of your role will be supporting our National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants and Home Care Package (HCP) recipients, ensuring patience and empathy is displayed at all times.
As well as dealing with customer queries, you will also utilize your sales acumen to pursue and close leads around prospective customers.

Your Experience
Relevant experience in a customer service field
Experience in nutrition is highly regarded, however an appreciation of healthy food is essential
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Contact Centre software e.g. Gorgias and Shopify is highly regarded
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
