About your Company

Our client is a well-established organisation based in Richlands, with a strong focus on operational excellence, innovation, and team collaboration. Their finance team plays a critical role in supporting the broader business. Due to extended leave, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support them from early July to mid-October.

About your Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on detail, is systems-savvy, and enjoys owning the AP function from start to finish. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take charge of our invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and payment functions. Within this supportive team environment, you will be responsible for the following tasks.

• End-to-end processing of invoices using Pronto and Redmap
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies (approximately 50 manual interventions per day)
• Match POs to invoices and ensure correct General Ledger coding
• Perform supplier reconciliations and maintain the supplier Masterfile
• Prepare and process electronic payments
• Manage the virtual company credit card
• Oversee vehicle registrations and insurance claims
• Liaise with procurement teams, suppliers, and other internal departments
• Support month-end reporting and contribute to continuous process improvement

Your profile

Adept with numbers and confident using automated AP systems as well as Excel (experience with Redmap, Pronto, and SAP Concur highly regarded), you will thrive in this busy role. With 2 years' experience or more in Accounts Payable role, great attention to detail and strong organisational skills you will quickly get up to speed. Your clear and professional communication skills will see you manage supplier queries seamlessly. With a collaborative, proactive approach you will add value to this supportive team.
