An exciting NEW opportunity exists for a skilled Accounts Payable officer to join the Palm Lake Group team on a Full Time basis. This role is based out of head office, centrally located in Southport on the Gold Coast.

Working on a 38 hour week, Monday to Friday you will join a dynamic team of six AP Officers and assist in the running the end-to-end accounts payable function across our entities. We are looking for a pro-active, efficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:-

Receive and process invoices for goods and services and match these to raised purchase orders;

Reconciliations of accounts;

Ensure accurate and timely supplier statement reconciliation;

Analyse invoices ensuing accuracy of GL coding;

Assist key communities ensuring compliance is adhered to;

Prepare fortnightly and monthly scheduled payment runs to meet deadlines;

Liaise and build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders;

Assist with monitoring of costs & reporting.

Skills and Experience:-

Demonstrated experience in a high-volume account payable role;

Experience using Epicore, Ezescan and Therefore (is highly regarded);

Ability to priorities with excellent time management skills.
